Ginger tea by Rebecca

Great for fighting colds but also nice to drink at any time.

Juice of half a lemon
About 6 very thin slices of fresh ginger (more if you like/can)
Generous tsp of honey
Boiling water

Combine in a mug and drink hot. It really works.

I would like to request Grandma's lemon cordial, which may of course be impossible to reproduce without her Cyprus lemons, and brandy sour, which I believe was made with the above, if anyone can oblige.
